As part of a network that extends to sister practices in New England and Texas, our organization started in Houston and has seen remarkable growth. With a monthly patient census of approximately 2300 and a dedicated staff of 70, including physicians and speech language pathologists, we are committed to delivering high-quality care. Compensation and Benefits: • Annual income ranging from $160,000 to $225,000 or more, contingent on patient volume. • Comprehensive health insurance coverage. • 401k retirement plan. • Educational stipend to support professional development. • No weekend or night call duties. • Malpractice insurance and tail coverage provided. With over 400,000 evaluations conducted over 19 years, our practice boasts a zero malpractice inquiry record. Midwest Dysphagia Consultants is dedicated to offering professional consultations for dysphagia, including modified barium swallow studies. We deliver these services through a mobile unit accessible through various facilities, private offices, and homebound patients. Our goal is to schedule consultations 95% of the time within 24 to 72 hours, often aiming for same-day appointments based on volume and location, ensuring our staff can finish their day between 4:00 and 5:00 PM.
