We are currently seeking an Architectural Designer with experience in Revit software and 3D modeling. The successful candidate will work on various design-build construction projects, including industrial, commercial, multi-family, educational, office, data centers, healthcare, and shop-style buildings. This position is with a rapidly growing design-build company known for its strong reputation.
Transform rough drawings and designs from a scanner, estimator, or architect into finished products.
Collaborate closely with team members, including estimators, project managers, and engineers.
Create full architectural drawing sets in Revit and AutoCAD, including floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules.
Work with project managers to ensure project completion at each development stage.
Coordinate and attend project planning, design, and pre-construction meetings.
Collaborate with civil engineers to finalize architectural and civil drawings.
Create architectural drawings that meet building code standards, ADA code standards, and safety code standards.
Proficiency in Revit software and 3D modeling.
Experience in creating architectural drawings from rough designs.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
Familiarity with building, ADA, and safety code standards.
